Capital Advisory Group (CAG) is a private advisory firm established in 2003 with the merger of the consulting firms of H.E. Mohammed Abalkhail, H.E. Dr. Saleh Al-Omair and H.E. Dr. Abdul Wahab Attar. The firm aimed to provide global financial services for the Saudi Capital Market. It combines in depth knowledge of the region with key relationships in the financial, industrial, government and business communities that ensures the professional support of business opportunities in the Kingdom.

In 2017, the ownership of Capital Advisory Group has been fully transferred to H.E. Dr. Abdulwahab Attar and Dr. Amr Attar.

H.E. Dr. Abdulwahab Attar is the Chairman, President and Co-Founder of Capital Advisory Group. He served in the government of Saudi Arabia for over 40 years. During his public service, H.E. Dr. Attar served on the Board of Directors of the Saudi Loan Bank and Saudi ARAMCO.
