HE Dr. Abdulwahab Attar

H.E. Dr. Abdulwahab Attar is the Chairman, President and Co-Founder of Capital Advisory Group. He served in the government of Saudi Arabia for over 40 years.  During his public service, H.E. Dr. Attar served on the Board of Directors of the Saudi Loan Bank and Saudi ARAMCO. He also served as the Chairman of the Board of Technical Colleges; as a Board Member of the High Board of King Saud University, King Faisal University, and King Fahad University for Petroleum and Minerals. In the course of that time he served as the Deputy Minister of Social Affairs, Governor of the General Organization for Technical Education and Vocational Training, the Minister of Planning and as Ambassador and Permanent Representative of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to the United Nations in Geneva. He received a PhD in Economics and a M.A. from University of Southern California.

HE Mr. Mohammed Abalkhail

Mr. Mohammed Ali received a Bachelor degree in Public Administration from the University of Cairo, Egypt in 1956. He began his career in the Government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in 1956 and subsequently became the General Manager of Institute of Public Administration.Between 1963-1975, he was appointed the Deputy Minister and later, the Minister of State for Finance and National Economy. For the next twenty years, he held the position of the Minister of Finance and National Economy. He was also a former IDB Governor for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Currently, Mr. Mohammed Ali is the Chairman of the Saudi Swiss Securities Co. Riyadh.In addition, he is a Member of several Councils, including the Consultative Council for the Supreme Council of GCC Countries, the J.P. Morgan Chase International Council and the International Council Of Belfer Center For Science And International Affairs Harvard University.

HE Dr. Saleh Al-Omair

HE Dr. Saleh Bin Abdul Aziz Al-Omair serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Saudi Arabia Credit Suisse Bank, Saudi Orix Leasing Company and Arabia Insurance Cooperative Company. HE Dr. Bin Abdul Aziz Al-Omair served as Independent Chairman of Banque Saudi Fransi since April 2, 2011 until 2014. He served as Chairman of the Governing Board at OPEC Fund for International Development, Vienna, Austria. He served as Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Saudi Industrial Development Fund, King Fahad Causeway, Saudi Petrochemical Company (SADAF), Arab Drug Industries and Medical Appliances (ACDIMA), and Saudi Pharmaceutical Industries & Medical Appliances Corporation (SPIMACO). He served as a Member of the Board of Directors at Saudi Basic Industries Corporation (SABIC) and Saudi Arabian Airlines (SAUDIA). He was Member of Shoura Council. He served as Vice Minister of Finance and National Economy from 1986 to 1995; Deputy Minister of Finance for Budget and Management from 1979 to 1986; and Assistant Deputy Minister of Finance for Budgeting from 1976 to 1979. HE Dr. Bin Abdul Aziz Al-Omair holds Ph. D. in Economics from Texas Technological University (1976), M.A. from University of Wisconsin (1972) and B.A from Riyadh University in 1969.
